In an exciting new joint venture with Advance Controls, Lead Screws International is proud to offer a revolutionary new product called the "Smart Stroke." The "Smart Stroke" is a versatile ballscrew servo controlled actuated cylinder that replaces hydraulic and air-driven cylinders. It is completely enclosed to guard against coolants and dirty environments.

The "Smart Stroke" is available in standard models of 6", 12" and 18" stroke. It has repeatability of .0005" to .001".

The 200-watt "Smart Stroke" system yields 300 pounds-force. The output increases to 500 pounds-force by upgrading to a 400-watt servo. Incorporating a gear reducer increases capacity further.

The "Smart Stroke" is extremely versatile. It can be programmed for a single stop or multiple stops. "Smart Stroke" can also run multiple programs for use on different parts.

The "Smart Stroke" can be used as a single servo axis, or, multiple actuators can be combined to one controller. "Smart Stroke" can also be connected directly to your current control panel.

Programs can be easily created and modified with your laptop computer.
Installation is quick and easy using clevises or T-stops.
