LEAD SCREWS INTERNATIONAL

Lead Screws International designs and manufactures precision ground screws and rolled thread ballscrew assemblies as well as Acme screw and nut assemblies. In addition, we can rebuild or repair your damaged ballscrew assemblies as needed.

LSI can manufacture a wide variety of ball nut designs including: tube type units, internal nut design units, and the button, or transistor style units manufactured for some of the European and Asian machines.

Our precision ground screws range in size from .500" diameter to 8.00" diameter with virtually unlimited lengths. You are not "locked in" to a few ball screw and nut designs in a catalog. We will build your assemblies to your exact specifications. In order to give our customers as many choices as possible, we also work extensively with many exotic materials, such as Moglice polymers. Our engineers will be happy to work with you on design to correct any problems you may be experiencing.

The quality of our products, be it acme screw or ballscrew or ground screw, is excellent and our delivery time on custom orders is typically six to eight weeks, or less. You will save money and time with our quality work and fair pricing policies.

Our sole manufacturing facility is located in Traverse City, Michigan. Our "network" is comprised of this facility, a sales office in China, and Manufacturer's Sales Representatives located throughout North America and Asia. In order to supply you with pricing and availability of your ballscrew requirements, we will need your drawings, blueprints, or sample pieces.
